Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email please contact us directly - kellie@essentialsoulcreations.com.au

Please Note: All items are handmade and Essential Soul Creations does allow three business days to create your order before posting it guaranteed on the 4th business day from date of order. For urgent orders please email kellie@essentialsoulcreations.com.au before placing the order to ensure we are able to get it to you before your required date.

If items are lost in the post Essential Soul Creations reserves the right to send out a replacement. Items that are delayed due to Australia Post or DHL are not covered for a refund if they are successfully delivered even though not on time.  

SHIPPING METHODS & COSTS

Australia Post Standard Shipping Costs - $9.15 up to 500g

Australia Post Express Shipping Costs - $12.15 up to 500g

International Standard Shipping Costs 

 

Calculated at checkout depending on product size and weight.


Please note international orders may attract customs duties and taxes. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, please check with your local customs authority prior to placing an order. 


TRACKING QUERIES


Australia - Please allow up to 3 working days before querying your parcel. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you after your order has been posted. If you do not receive your tracking number by day 5 please email kellie@essentialsoulcreations.com.au - with your name, address and invoice number.

New Zealand - Please allow up to 5 working days before querying your parcel. All orders will be sent via DHL, you will be sent a tracking number please consult the DHL website before emailing us at kellie@essentialsoulcreations.com.au - with your name, address and invoice number.

Rest of the World - Although most arrive quicker please allow 5 - 12 business days. All orders will be sent via DHL, please check your tracking number on their website, if you have further queries after 12 business days please email kellie@essentialsoulcreations.com.au - with your name, address and invoice number.

International Express Shipping - Sent through DHL orders will take 1 - 3 business days from sent date. 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.
  • If you receive a collection slip in your letterbox to pick up your parcel from  the nearest post office, please do so ASAP or it will be sent 'return to sender' after 3 days and you will be responsible for postage charges for Essential Soul Creations to return it to you.
  • If your Australia Post or DHL tracking number shows that your parcel has been delivered, Essential Soul Creations are not responsible for replacement. Any damaged goods during transit will be exchanged after the damaged product is returned to Essential Soul Creations.

 
CANCELLATIONS
Once an order is submitted we are unable to change or cancel the order.

GST & SALES TAX
Please note that GST and tax calculations are based on the country specified in your shipping address.
